Class Description:

Inviting your Authenticity and Agency, this class will be fueled by practices that cultivate sensory, sensation, texture, breath, and connection to self and group. We will center adaptability through accessible movement explorations and choreography, intentional witnessing, moving in community, having choice and making decisions. Will be fun, functional, and transformative!

NEED TO KNOWS:

-this is an ongoing, open, drop-in class

-no class Sunday, March 17, 2024

-please wear layers for warmth and sliding

-ADA accessible space and class (no ASL presently, working on this!)

-Age: teen through adult - we have had teenagers through 80-year-old folks dancing with us, all are welcome here!

We will center adaptability in choreography, dynamic dancing, intentional witnessing, moving in community, having choice and making decisions. Will be fun, functional, and for-real.

NEED TO KNOWS: 

-Wear layers for sliding and warmth

-All levels of experience are welcome
