Class Description:

Inviting your Authenticity and Agency, this class will be fueled by practices that cultivate sensory, sensation, texture, breath, and connection to self and group. We will center accessibility and adaptability through movement explorations and choreography focused on intentional witnessing, moving in community, having choice and making decisions. Will be fun, functional, and transformative!

NEED TO KNOWS:

-this is an ongoing, open, drop-in class, you can RSVP or Just show up! 

-please wear layers for warmth and sliding

-ADA accessible space and class (no ASL presently, working on this!)

-Age: teen through adult - we have had teenagers through 80-year-old folks dancing with us, all are welcome here!

-Feel free to bring your little ones, we are a family friendly environment!

-ALL ARE WELCOME HERE
